
I have been here for a few years and have seen a few shifts in the company. I wish there were more transparency in some of the company decisions and that the pay was actually competitive. I enjoy my benefits, my team, and my position in the company.

It is inclusive, and they prioritize a hybrid working schedule. If it were to change to go back to the office full-time, I would be extremely disappointed.
I came from an extremely toxic team and have moved to a much safer, healthier, and one that I feel safe being around. They listen and validate others.

I enjoy working from home and having the freedom to come in when I want to. That makes me really happy, as it makes me feel more positive about it being my choice to come in. Which I have been liking coming in when I want to.
