The leadership team seems very invested in transforming Vertafore into a high performing company.
The Professional Services team has an annual bonus target that is paid out quarterly. I like that the payout is immediate based on performance for a 3 month period.
Vertafore products are not straight forward to implement and the insurance industry is complex. For this reason, I value the experience and knowledge of my teammates, many who have been implementing Vertafore products for more than 10 years.
