While we are trying to be attractive to "millennials", it is important to recognize that excellent customer service and cutting edge product development are key to Vertafore's success. I am not sure that there is 100% commitment to these.
1. Vertafore's AMS products #2 in the industry. There needs to be a commitment to developing the BEST AMS and committing resources to achieve that goal. Applied is kicking our butts. 2. Our Customer Service has a terrible reputation in the industry. A commitment to becoming #1 needs to be made.
