
Collaborative, friendly. Our VP says why come to work if you can't have fun while you're here. Not sure that's a sentiment shared by executive team though.
The culture of the (original) Vertafore is great. People work together and are very collaborative. We frequently have fun together. But with new ownership, that culture could be in danger.
Transparency - they frequently seem to say one thing but do another. Leading - they bought this company and seemed to have a plan, but that plan has not been clearly communicated or shown to employees.
