
company treats every one in same way, encourages female workers a lot , celebrates every small event which gives a more memories
my daily tasks which I am working , those are more knowledge able we will be able to get more knowledge from that which can be used for our future
when the company giving perks as per MNC then the old employees basic pay (Annual package ) should be made intially as per MNC standards on top of that if they gave MNC perks it will fair as old employees from CSSI were losing here.
Team need to better in giving rating and hikes as per the previous hikes which are as per MNC norms but most of the employees are from CSSI freshers and now they have with 4 to 5 yrs of experience but not getting the salary as per MNC standards which is not fair , so company and team should check it
