it was a great experience at the beginning , i was elected tech lead 3 months after i started working whihc motivated me alot . later on with the changes , i went to other team that i didnt like it and i lost the tech lead title , so now very uncertain of which is the path to keep growing in the com

at the beginning it was good since i worked in the team i like it and the tools iknew after i was moved to another team things are more difiicult and there is no path growing clear

coworker are good , sometimes they ask too much for help with little things that are easy to look for in google

the salary difference among similar roles make me feel bad , i would like at least be closer to what my colleagues earn

i like the fact that we can collaborate successfully despite we are working in different locations because of remote work , it is a great balance between work and life
