I think overall there is a positive culture at the company and team members are generally interested in achieving positive results. However, there are pockets of negativity and personality clashes at times. Some of this is due to blurred swimlanes, some of it is due to perceived inequity in tasking
I wouldn't say I'm overly enthusiastic every day and if you had asked me this last year I would have said no. However, we are currently experiencing a very positive groundswell of activity and steps we have taken over the years as a management team are starting to pay off.
