I have been very happy with my time at ZeroFox. There is always room for improvement but I feel very fortunate to work with a management team that appreciates me, and to do it with the added flexibility of a WFH environment. My major gripe is weak/unclear career trajectories.

I have been very happy with my time here, but I think I am also lucky to work on a team that functions well and is staffed with engaged people who are interested in what they do. I don't have much insight into how other teams function.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The new 401k match is nice. Most benefits are fine but not stellar.

Working with a team that I like and with subject matter that interests me

Working with great people and working in a field that ignites my passion for current events and physical security. Also good client feedback.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the transparency. The SLT seems accessible and not too stiff. They seem to be making changes that are benefiting the company as a whole.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager and coworkers are always quick with positive feedback. Remote work makes it easier to avoid drama and only focus on the positive aspects of the community.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The addition of a 401(k) match, which I requested for years, has been very nice. Other than that, there is nothing that particularly stands out from the benefits side of things. Most of them are perfectly serviceable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel my team leadership, particularly my manager Kenny Clessas, recognizes my efforts and is always there to support me in times of low bandwidth. My other colleagues are also extremely supportive and always happy to celebrate shared victories.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the transparency that has been evident since the Haveli acquisition last year. Diving into the nitty-gritty details during the town hall meetings, even going into the financial particulars, has helped reassure me during what could otherwise be a very nerve-wracking transition.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I am fortunate to work closely with a small group of people with whom I connect personally. It's rare for there to be a day when I don't chuckle at a witty exchange or discover some new commonality between myself and a colleague.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with some of the most interesting and intelligent people anywhere. I do not think I will ever have a better manager than the one I have right now. The people I interact with daily are easygoing and we have many shared interests.
