In am around 4 years experienced in the team now, It has been a great journey till now. But, these days, I don't feel valued. Managers and directors of the organization just have feedback for you but aren't ready to listen to you, they just want you to act on it.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Overall experience was extremely good. Until this year. There's a lot of unfair decisions and promotions. Deserving candidates were not provided an opportunity. Undeserving candidates were promoted and within months they resigned. The trust on managements decision is gone.

Team members are good and Motivating which maintains the positive culture in the team

The Leadership team here in ZeroFox is clear with the goal they want to achieve.

Some best things about my team would definitely be the coworkers. They are pretty motivating and it's good to work with them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the Job which we do here Specifically from India office, Employees are extremely underpaid. The compensation offered isn't fair and do just to the work we do.

The external hires are paid a lot for the same role when compared to internal employees getting promoted. The pay difference is huge. When asked management says thats how it works. If we need higher pay we can look out for other opportunities and move on to other organizations.
