Customer Partership and being able to make a difference. I enjoy that my position requires thinking outside of the box and being able to problem solve.

We typically get along great and have a sense of a family unit. It helps to have a team that cares about each other personally and professionally.

Trying my best to help others either internally or our customers and be someone people can rely on. Also enjoy that there is so much to learn every day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary isn't competitive. Our roles involve a wider range of duties than what is typically associated with a project coordinator job title. Not enough team members to spread the volume of work within the dept.
