Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When you display the ability to do things others cannot do, you are given more work without additional compensation. Our bonus program is not additional compensation, if additional work given detracts from making bonus goals set.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We look out for each other and support each other when one of us is overwhelmed, the best that we can. The additional support can and does fall short but not due to lack of effort or caring by my teammates,
