I enjoy everyone able to help out when needed. When someone needs help, and they ask - they are willing to set aside time to go through what's going on. My coworkers make me feel like I can ask any questions, simple or complex. they're always able to help me in any way possible.

The best things I love about my team is how we can all communicate our problems and we can all come up with different solutions as a team. I always love interacting with my team because I'm able to help and answer their questions with reassurance my team is the best.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Working with this company is amazing, but the benefits could be better. I don't think I should have the option to pay that much for insurance... Roughly It should be less than $100... I also do believe the PTO given to people should be increased... when starting at CCH 10 days is not enough.
