Enshored has been considerate with their employees regarding the wfh set up I just wish that they would consider appraisals for those who has been with them for years.

Aside from the salary of course is the interaction with my Teamates.

I think that there should be a yearly appraisal and incentives that will be given.

The interview did not take long however the overall process for the recruitment was almost a week or two.
