The interview process is highly technical and candidate is assessed on various parameters based on knowledge and capabilities, value addition which he can bring to the company.

There's constant delivery pressure, staff (treated as resource) crunch, hardly any appreciation of the work you do (or just a token appreciation), huge politics and people polarisation , good people favoured whereas non-performers treated adversely. Performance is subjective to likes of seniors

There's hardly few individuals who can be called "leaders". The Partners are ego centric mean individuals working towards their own benefit rather benefit of the team. You better not say anything against the Partners. Else, be ready to be thrown out of the system at whims and fancies of Partners

People are highly supportive when needed. One has to raise hands and ask support. You will get it. Also,EY focuses a lot on training and development of its people and provides various platforms to people to improve their knowledge and skill sets. The constant focus on improving skills is very good.
