What is the best part about your compensation package?

The best part of the compensation at EY is the competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, including bonuses and retirement plans. However, there's room for improvement in transparency around pay scales and more frequent reviews for adjustments.

Unlimited PTO and we are reimbursed $800 a year for commuting, dependent and pet care. Plus we have $1000 wellness fund and get 25 free therapy sessions a year.

Last year (2021) we got pretty healthy raises to catch up to the local market so pay is pretty solid compared to the part where we were underpaid. Benefits are probably the best part - great dental/health plans, wellness fund, and resources to assist day-to-day life.
