Very casual. If you have a pulse and are over 18, you're hired. The turnover rate is so high, they can't keep people. Now all that's left to hire are drug addicts. This company doesn't even pre-screen with a pre-employment drug test.

Better compensation (pay, benefits, paid time off, employer sponsored holiday parties) would improve morale, thus improving employee job satisfaction and pride. Why would an employee take pride in a company that doesn't respect them? This company continually takes and demands, but doesn't compensate

I work in a facility that has an increasing number of packages/day (typically 150k increased to ~300k) with little effort in increasing workforce. Equipment (whether electronic i.e. wrist scanners, printers or industrial i.e. forklifts and battery powered pallet jacks) are dated and do not work.

It boils down to no respect for the employee. Even during these trying times, FedEx's answer is to increase hours and days worked, thus putting us at more risk of potential COVID 19 infection will no safety guidelines in place. Employees shoulder-to-shoulder with total disregard for our health.

Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?

Unfortunately, I can't think of one redeeming quality about FedEx. Even as a part-time employee, attending college full-time, I am continually demanded to alter hours of start time and days on and off. Oh, and company reimbursement of tuition is a joke. I got turned down my first semester.
