we lost a bit the company culture... locally some initiatives are being made to get back to team spirit

accessibility and since few years now a bit more stability. People can then be accountable for the consequences of their decisions

international environment is good but with so many changes over the last years and less and less considerations for technical competences, it is becoming hard to find positive things
