The challenges I face daily. The learning I have daily. My team. My organization. Really love them
My salary is adequate, and the benefits I received are great: Car Company, Insurance expenses, retirement plan, etc.
The leadership team is engaged on top issues, has a clear strategy for our future and cares about people
The challenges my team and I have to solve customer issues. The interaction with customers. The way we collaborate each others
The challenges we have every day, the level of responsibilities we have, how I am growing in the team, the support I get from others.
GE cares about people, diversity, I am part of the diversity team (LGBT+) and being in the company has allowed me to be who I really am in front of my leader, my peers and the people that reports me.
There are 4 segments of salary in the organization in each band, Segment 1-4. Segment 1 is the lowest salary the company has. Even when I am an employee that officially is ranked as an exceed expectations, I am still below segment 1. There is a strong area of opportunity in terms of salary in GE.
