It is a good company, there is a huge opportunity improve SQDC. Specially Quality and Delivery are so poor, which our customers are not happy with.

No raise for the last 4 years even I got promoted twice.

Openly communicate company situation while frequency is a bit less compared with 18 months ago.

Salary increase (in my country, Japan) does not match or follow the recent upward trend in the market.
