That there could be order and clarity, pivoting multiple times during the year and ending with a completely different plan the year, does not give confidence for the what could come if all the things keep changing that much,

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Having the company to compensate in the salary in the base mark, or the bottom of the ranges, it feels they are just willing to pay for the least fair amount, when this based on market conditions can be off.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Align more realistically the career plans with respect the opportunities that are available across the organization, it happens that not all the time we have available opportunities for the people to transition to their next career goal, or takes many years to get there.
