Just more money when they can to catch up with newer people's salaries. I want to stay loyal and stay here so compensation is the next best way to keep me here apart from current benefits.

I feel I came into the company at a low salary and would like to be compensated as such (I do understand that's on me) but I'd like to see lower positions get bigger raise %s than higher position. I'll have to work towards a promotion or position change for now.
