I understand that it doesn't relates to the company directly but where I live cost of life is increasing by the minute and my salary doesn't accomodate to that as it used to.

What I do in terms of my tasks, the people that I work with, the feeling of accomplishment and being recognized when applicable. The sensation of being in a constant state of learning new things within my role and myself in regards to it.

I would say communication, the fact that I'm lucky to work with people who knows how to function within a team. We have similar goals and values, we support and respecto each other. You know they got your back and they know you got them, that's priceless to me.

I appreciate honesty and transparency, the fact that everyone has the chance to have a career within the company no matter what their interests might be. I like the fact that is multicultural, that there's room for different cultures, that diversity in all aspects is not only accepted but promoted.

The communication and transparency displayed by the leadership team. We are now informed on where the company is and where it's going, which are the next steps to take. I also think that there was an improvement on how employees are considered, after Covid I see an effort find work life balance.
