Most people are happy to help and share their wisdom
Coming together with other smart, passionate colleagues to solve complex problems
The Hospitality leadership team is pretty open and transparent. They are accessible and approachable.
My team and getting to do meaningful work that makes a difference for Sabre Hospitality
Getting to solve complex problems and see the work I do actually make a difference and be appreciated by coworkers
They are hard workers and smart, cool people. We work well together and I feel like we are all rowing in the same direction
Some of them are very smart, hard working and willing to flex outside their normal skill set/duties for the greater good of the team
Sabre tends to pay new employees more competitively, rather than giving rockstar employees the raises they need to stay. Competitors (Amadeus, Oracle, etc) will pay more for the same jobs.
Leaders are good about verbally communicating their appreciation, but my salary does not match the value I provide to this company. Only getting a 2% merit increase this year didn't help things.
My immediate team has each others backs and is willing to flex beyond their official duties to help each other out in times of need. We good at communicating, collaborating, and celebrating each other.
I feel valued and like the work I do is important. Many of the benefits like PTO and 401k matching are excellent, but in looking at glassdoor I know my compensation isn't as competitive as it could be.
