I have received a 2.5% raise over the last few years, which does not even cover the cost of my annual mortgage insurance increase. It comes out to about $97/check after taxes. I believe we could cut costs on other things and reallocate to paying employees more.
The company is very flexible in it's approach to work, and promotes a collaborative environment. That said, I believe we should rethink our 'come to the office' policy to be 2d - 3d per week, which mirrors the MVD Center. All centers should be the same.
