Company change a lot in the past years. More focus on the target than the employees. Not really pay attention on the workload but how we exceed target.

It was a great company when I join. Strong leadership, great direction. Everytime when encounter problem, you can trust your managers to give you guidance but this was not happened in the past 2 years. When I have problem, i need to go find my own solution, sometimes just given a name to go to.
