Lack of knowledge base is a killer. Too much parallel tasks makes me tired after workday. Each task is a obstacle course. Lack of clear requirements makes each project unpredictable.
Entry point to work efficient is very high. No Docs of my app. No Docs of other apps. Knowledge hidden in more experienced employees. No contact list - you never know where to ask a question. Org chart split by people not by products (important form employee POV). Poor quality of conrtactors work.
I'm able to pay for my credit
people kindness and willing to help
Honesty and transparency. They seems to care for employees
Nice atmosphere, no "blame" climate
I do not know - I do not know them.
Lack of trainings and/or lack of dedicated time to gain new technical skills
We need better communication and tasks management in order not to get in our way
I don't know. I do not have any contact with the leaders except online Town Halls
I have a feeling that I'm behind me colleagues. I'd like to have some technical trainings to be on track
Flexibility. I appreciate I can have longer break during working hours for my private stuff (e.g. doctors appointment) and work later on.
Cooperation. I always know we are playing to the same goal. We can always count on each others help. There is no dump questions nor the answers
Communication skills and knowledge about apps their component works with. I'd really appreciate clear statements what problem do they have and what they need from me. That could reduce my response time as I would not have to guess what they need.
I feel not needed here after 7 years of work. I'm an independent employee but not as fast as others, but still getting the message that "Maybe I need a help?" I do not need help - just a little more believe in my skills.
I'm a programmer. Tech transformation is an innovation killer. We cannot try new tools (eg in isolated env), only approved software. No admin rights on dev env takes away possibility to try tune our apps to be better and cost less. GitHub is a regression (8h for repo creation is a misunderstanding).
I do not understand why I'm not able to gain max level of my position salary, only a mid point. It would be more fair if I could gain max level when meeting the expectations on my position, not only when I'm exceeding them. Requirements for my position are not clear so I do not know how to earn more
