Sabre is a place of many opportunities. The travel business itself is an amazing environment. Our company definitely invests in new technologies and development of our solutions and our talent, but we are lacking focus on most vital things and are dragging progress because of complex processes.

I very much enjoy working for Sabre. Travel business in an amazing domain and Sabre plays a significant role. I think there is a lot of things that work smoothly - from innovation and creativity through modern tech all the way to great relationships with our customers.

Completing a complex task and being able to see the results. Also sharing these results with others, talking about this etc.

We are very open in discussing anything and support each other. I know I can count on them and they can count on me.

I like whenever they are open and transparent about (sometimes) difficult phases we go through. This seems to be slightly changing for the worse recently.

There's plenty of room for being creative, reaching out to others for help and guidance, plenty of opportunities for getting new knowledge. Also people are very willing to share what they know.

Being able to complete a complex task having the comfort of time and clarity on the goal and expected outcome. Working with others - we do have great people on board. And our customers are great to work with too. (usually)

I like how the leadership team captures current situation in the travel market and is able to set ambitious goals, which are likely to navigate us in the right direction. They demonstrate understanding of the travel business, challenges it is currently facing, they are also able toclearly explain it
