I love working at Sabre, since day 1. I was lucky to work for Sabre in different countries and the energy is the same all across. We work hard and we have a great time. It's a fair balance.

I love working at Sabre, despite of feeling we could do better when it comes to benefits. I really like what I do, and I enjoy working with my team and my manager.

Sabre in my country is not in parity with the competitors when it comes to salary and benefits, we are below both, in both aspects.

I know the the competitors in my local market pay more for the same/similar roles. Also, I know they have better benefits such as gym agreement, better health insurance, better meal voucher plan.

I like that we are free to think and act, we are not micro managed. But still my manager is always aware of what happens in my day to day. Also, we have a very flexible schedule - although sometimes the time zone requires late night or early morning calls, we can always take a break during the day.
