I've been working at Sabre from 12 years now and I've grown a lot personally and professionally. I like the company and I'm very thankful for the things I've achieved along these years. However, I have the perception that more and more it is required to reach aggressive goals with minimum resources.

It's definitely a great place to work, mainly for the internal culture and work environment. However, it's difficult to find a good balance between work and personal life. Company's goals and strategy are clear, but we all work under big pressure to meet aggressive goals.

Interaction with colleagues, work together to achieve results. But it is quite demotivating when you feel you are always behind due to the high amount of work.

Review carefully relationship between resources and workload. The company is investing a lot in people and we highly appreciate (benefits, flexibility, communication). However, the workload is the factor that it's still a challenge and what makes retention more difficult.

It's great to have a unique culture that we all can share regardless of the location, personal culture, etc. The possibility to work with people from all part of the world is amazing and an enriching experience.
