Many opportunities for growth and advancement for long tenured employees. More recent hiring practices have been at a much higher level for roles that used to be lower on the career path, resulting in lack of career advancement opportunities for more recent hires.

As a US based employee I have seen advancement opportunities dwindle which is demotivating both as a leader and as an individual. Opportunities to grow and move around the company have developed competent and dedicated employees which are an asset to Sabre. We need to protect this in all locations
