Family. We are like a big family supporting each other through thick and thin. Sabre also constantly encourage us to have work life balance. Yearend break is a great example.

Insurance coverage. Having said that, I hope that HR will do a survey to understand what employees value the most before renewing or changing the policy. i.e. Specialist cap of S$4K yearly is really not sufficient as one MRI or CT scan easily takes one quarter of the cap amount.
