It has been a great experience for me at Sabre. Keeping in mind about the impact of Covid on our company, the way our leaders managed to survive and navigate this tough time is commendable. But, offlate the negativity in existing employees is coming alive thanks to being left out in pay hike etc.

Sabre has been a great company but somewhere i feel we are not making great progress and loosing key customers is kind a set back. Worklife balance in Sabre, superb colleagues to work with, exposure to interact with customers directly are all the things I like.

Adjust my oay as per the slab structure. Existing employees are not treated fairly w.r.t Pay when compared to new joinees and interns.

no considerable pay hike since 3 years despite of performing well and getting promoted. Need Pay adjustments as per market standards to make me feel better and motivated again.

Existing Employees are not not given Fair Hikes despite of Promotions where are those who are resigning and new joinees are being paid fairly high. This is like provoking Employees to leave the organization and demotivating them.
