
I enjoy working with my team on our products and the things I do. However, I do not feel valued. I feel that the company wants people to leave themselves instead of firing them because it's easier and cheaper for them. I'd leave the company if it wasn't for my team.

Yes, I do feel undervalued. Compared to other tech companies in Krakow I am paid very very poorly. We have had a lot of cases of people leaving the team because they got much better wage offers (even though they didn't want to leave considering the team and product).
the company does not respect the employees, the leaders lie on meetings and say different things when you talk to them later 1on1. the company does not give money to leaders to distribute for raises and promotions so they're not paid fairly for their job (according to their skills and experience)
