Overall experience is satisfactory. There are positive but a lot of areas of opportunities. Company's value & culture is inspiring. People working are friendly & nice but require a lot more professionalism & vision specially from the mid-level management. Promotions are not always given on merit

one of the primary reasons for me to stick to this company is because of the people. There is a lot of work flexibility & people are approachable. However, decision making from mid to senior leadership (Manager, Director, VP) are average on most occasions. Promotions are always not on merit.
