Paid more - market value at least
More pay, pay less for health insurance
Experience in the industry and with the company
Fun, easy going, willing to work together, partners
Some good friends on the team
company is doing well for the most part
for the most part, the people
Experience, trust, confidence, and respect
Experience, level headed, success, local
How long they've been around
relationships, friendships, support, and fun
how well we work together
work ethic, ability to share information with one another
the people, and the relationships with coworkers and clients
Your coworkers, aka the people
the people that work here
selling to customers and prospects
helping customers/growing the company and interacting with coworkers and clients
Working with people - both sps employees, and customers I respect
The fact that the company is still growing after all these years
closing new business, building relationships and trusts at new companies and current customers
create some new products, get some new leadership in our department, pay us more
How long they've been at sps - which is actually a good and bad thing
Cheaper healthcare costs, better 401k match, overall more comp - base and commission for sales reps
More money, cheaper healthcare, if you're going to make us come to the office more - let me bring my dog
Because we're below market value and leadership admits that. What would make me feel better? More money and company equity grants - not the ESPP
Better pay, new products to sell, new ideas on our approach to the go to market, remove the red tape, and allow your employees to do what they were hired to do - dont make us get approval from five people to send a single email
More money, both base and commissions. Inflation is up over 8%, our CEO made $15m last year, yet employees can barely get a conversation about a pay increase. Company equity should be there for long standing, successful employees as well. You shouldn't have to leave, and come back, to make more $.
Take in more outside ideas, truly live the company values - if employees come first, treat them and pay them that way vs banging your chests about how SPS will never be on the top end of the pay scale - when our old CEO made $20m last year, and new CEO made $7m on day one.
