Some co-workers lack basic laedership skills and communication skills . Basic email etiquettes are not followed esp. with Ops leaders. They need to undergo some toast master classes and respect other people

There is lot of visibility which was not there earlier , Townhalls , #askbharat etc. are great initiatives to have a clear communication with the E Team . There is positive synergy and stability which I have not seen in long time . Clearly under Bharat's Leadership the team is stable and structured
