
I love working at this company and have had a great experience overall. My current role leaves more to be desired in terms of autonomy and career development. I'm a goal-oriented person and strive to get better and move up and don't always feel like I'm supported in what I'm trying to do.

I really enjoy being able to solve difficult problems that do not readily appear to have a solution. It makes me feel happy and accomplished to be able to troubleshoot things in a creative way and learn something new.
I really like the health insurance plan. I'm able to visit my therapist weekly and only pay a $20 co-pay each time. It was $0 over COVID, so I was effectively getting free therapy, which was desperately needed during lockdown.
I appreciate that Vertafore is compassionate towards people taking time off or needing to leave early/step out for appointments and things like that. I think the company recognizes that people work best when they are happy and healthy and I truly feel that they care about their employees.
Listening to the problems faced by individual contributors and advocating for change accordingly. Account Managers at this company seemingly do not have to play by the same rules as anyone else and we are consistently fighting uphill battles to get them to work with us in a unified way.
