
Completing a project on time, and knowing that I am helping to do my part.
I think we have good on the ground leadership and strong teams that get along well.
Always happy to help answer questions and keep a good light hearted mood. But also help to show a right way to balance that with a good work ethic.
I think that the pay increases throughout the first year really helped me continue to strive for better within my role. Though now that I'm at the top of that role I need to see my first yearly review to better understand how compensation feels when I'm only getting yearly wages.
I think it's easy to come up with examples of supervisors throughout my department doing great jobs at ensuring that we work well. But I feel if we go higher up things seem to be obfuscated, no acknowledgements of what we could be doing better as a company.And no clear plan to move forward from them
