Team Cordination is very good at pressure times . Every team member acts individually when at work and its fun and healthy work environmnet with my team

PI Planning is making us clear about the tasks before hand and making us plan accordingly . Having PI planning is making us work more Productive and happy with result.

Equal recognition to all employees is the least expected by any employee and this is not happening here . Giving recognition to all the deserved will make us more happier to the work we do and would make us perform more better.

Por que você se sente desvalorizado e o que faria você se sentir melhor compensado?

Not getting proper percentage of Hike which was deserved according to the employee work . There is no promotion given directly here , but is given as FCFS from Internal Mobility which is far from achieving as there are hardly no or max 2 positions and that too other teams.
