My team is extremely supporting. If one faces some issue, entire team jumps into it to get that rectified. One's mess is everyone's mess and we all clean it together.

The leadership maintains a friendly relationship with peers and always motivates the team. They give the credit of the work to the teams. They understand that people have life outside office too.

Not sure of. Company is taking care of almost everything. My expectations were a bit high in regards to compensation but the work culture and environment compensate for it as of now.

My work. Since I have not got an opportunity to go to office and connect with everyone one to one, my work is something that is a driving force. The zeal to be productive as soon as possible and start contributing,

Por que você se sente desvalorizado e o que faria você se sentir melhor compensado?

I feel my compensation is less compared to what people with my experience get in market. But at the same time, I like the leadership and the environment over here which makes me stay in the organization. If compensation is slightly upto mark with market it would be great.
