Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

I joined as a Product Owner to focus on my expertise without direct reports. While the environment has been positive overall, role clarity and feedback were lacking. Post-acquisition, things improved, but I still seek fair compensation and a place to fully realize my vision.

What makes you most happy at work?

The fact that we help prevent people being scammed.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

With Russ' arrival we got direction and a clear intent by which we can make autonomous decisions.

What are some of the best things about your team?

A team formed by very capable and reliable professionals with diverse backgrounds, the Hr team design and execute well thought team building strategies, not isolated activities.

What makes you most happy at work?

When I am able to help my team be more focused and less stressed out by reducing uncertainty regarding the path to be followed, and the fact that I can work from home

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The fact that we are goal oriented is the best aspect for me because it drives effort and execution. Since there is a big picture, I can make decisions that actually move the needle.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Since the acquisition, leadership has made a 180-degree turn, clearly defining goals and outcomes. It's now easier to contribute to what the company wants. However, mid-management still needs development and executive support to identify real contributors

What are some of the best things about your team?

My curren team is fairly new and there is a good team culture being built. In general there might be problems like favoritism and cronyism but I understand those are both difficult to detect and solve.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel undervalued because I was hired as one role but have taken on more responsibilities without significant raises over almost three years. My first manager was underqualified, and I covered many gaps. A fair review and a genuine renegotiation would make me feel better about my compensation

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have been performing the duties of a Product Manager being hired as a Product Owner. A 2,4% raised was presented to me on March 2024 as a "reward" when inflation in Chile was 5%, for almost a year the product team had no north and I was told to do non impactful tasks.
