
My experience has been less than satisfactory due to constant changing goalposts, and no real support or encouragement to grow, unclear communications, etc.
When and if I am given autonomy.
Leadership on this level seems to meet company goals.
Completing assignments/working on varying projects.
It is not the coworkers needing improvement, its an overall inclusive, supportive environment.
Creating an environment where our people grow, feel valued, and do their best work.
My team is always willing to help each other with a genuine smile and explanation.
No growth and feeling of accomplishment. A significant compensation increase along with change of responsibility.
Co-workers are always pleasant and helpful, and I believe the company as a whole is striving to get into a better position.
I believe Assa Abloy is going in the right direction in some departments, but need to heavily increase leadership training if wanting to retain competent employees.
Leadership does not recognize my level of experience and dedication to the company as a whole. My compensation is the same as a new hire with no experience.
