Compensation, stress level, benefits, culture. These are all extremely lacking, and my mental health because of all of these things and COVID is making it worse.

3 years ago I would have had a few things to share here. But they've all been taken away by Omnicom and COVID has taken what was left away as well. So there's honestly nothing.

We are still working as if we're in the 2010s. Our technology needs to be updated but the leadership team isn't putting any money or effort into updating it because they think "if it isn't broke, don't fix it". The best companies can adapt with the times but we haven't done that.

They constantly tell us that our salaries are at market rates but I'm seeing other companies with the same jobs paying $20k higher. I'm not sure who they're rating us against but it's certainly not comparable. Also, Omnicom keeps taking away any benefits we do have so we don't have much left.

I like the people at C Space. They're all great. I love working with them and interacting with them. However, we're all working on the same level of "do everything as fast, as cheap, and as scrappy as possible." So I wouldn't say we're anywhere near as high quality as we could be.
