I was put on administrative leave because I accidentally exposed a corrupt practice of my boss to HR and then after several weeks of paid vacation they let me go.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Transparency between all departments, especially engineering and its sub-departments.

They were transparent about compensation.

Barista and great location. It's just so nice to have.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop promoting unqualified people just because they've been around longer.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Reviews are nonsense. No equity compensation anymore. No career development or promotions/raises with any frequency.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Money is leaking at a prodigious rate and we're not making products that make more money.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They don't really care about one another or the company. Not a lot of company unity between team members, or teams, or departments.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everyone is scared to speak up. People would rather leave quietly then try to change anything as they see people get fired over small things
