I believe some of my coworkers are toxic and political, although it is nice to bond with them sometimes.

Not sure. I can't think of any right now, but I like the season programs like easter eggs, Halloween etc.

Working remotely, and we can request to work from home if we are not feeling well or if there's an emergency.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Since we are Hybrid, we still work from home and use our internet. It would be nice if they retain the internet allowance.

I can't really think of anything specific right now, but I like the events that we can participate. Like the easter eggs and Halloween stuff
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I hope we receive an annual increase in addition to the performance bonus. It would also motivate me and my co-heroes if there were an attendance bonus or even a meal allowance.
