Work demand most of our time so getting 37500 is really hard to budget considering the workload

TO Work as a team and dont compete with one another. Competition should be healthy and no crab mentality

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If they can align my basic of 37, 500 with what was initially offered online last December (40K) and what my co-TLs are getting that would be great for being an experienced Lead for 8 years, 2500 additional basic will mean a lot to sustain the education of my 3 kids.

Initially I was offered a package of 42, 500 but during the contract signing I was given only 40K package. I know that it's only 2500 difference, but it will help my 3 kids especially with their education. As a seasoned TL I'm already getting 47k from my previous company and at least expecting high
