salary increased the minimum wage increased in metro manila and we dont get increased inflation is too high and the cost of living here in metro manila is too expensive

in my time i have the best qa and tl cause some of the team here i heard a lot of negative things about other teams and cluster i'm glad that i'm with team bryan and cluster aries

team manager team leader and other higher officials doest care about agents situation and mostly power tripping the company is good but with wrong people in position tenured agents leaving one after another this company will soon fall off if this continue

everything our tl is just like a security guard she was just waiting for us to make a mistake and then will give us coaching log or nte she doesnt care about her team thats why all of her agents are against her and doesnt care about what she says
