The return to office implementation really takes its toll. It's a bit exhausting

monotony and tedium can slowly get the best of anyone. having a salary increase would definitely turn things around

I have been mostly in a WFH setup and this makes my job a lot easier as I can be at the comfort of my own home, and free from distractions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The workload that moderators handle is arguably a bit too much. The job now hardly pays due to the removal of the allowances which all of us very much needed. An increase in pay should solve this issue.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If an increase in our basic pay is not within reach, I personally think that granting us the WFH setup would suffice as it would cut down our total expenses and save us the trouble of spending adequate time prepping to go in and out the office.
