I'm currently handling multiple accounts and I feel that it would be great to have a yearly increase in the company that will compensate the complexity of what we do.

there should be a performance increase yearly. I feel like there's no growth since the increase will still need to be initiated by your immediate sup, no assurance that it will happen. What if you're someone who's not on your immediate sup's favor, what will happen then?
