Enshored is a good company. They are generous and fast when helping and in terms of making value on their employees. Maybe the compensations is the one whic affects us at our work. But even if we face such challenges, we are commited to stay and do our best to the company's success.

The company and its environment is not toxic and when working on site we have a massage area and food packs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary itself is not enough. Most especially they implemented the gradual RTO, the salary is not enough to sustain the everyday expenses.
What makes you most happy at work?
My workmates. Because even the workload and other people surrounding us is kinda giving stress, I can tolerate it because of them. Also, the company itself since it always appreciates its employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary is quite low compare on my past jobs and not fair for the experiences I have. Also, since they will be soon implementing the RTO, the salary will not be enough for the expenses.
What makes you most happy at work?
The only thing that makes me happy is my co workers and on how we motivate each day at our work to do our best so that we can share our part on making the company the best one.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
In my years working in BPO, this is the lowest rate I have been offered but since I am needing a WFH job and to be honest I am interested in this position, and also because I needed a job, so I accept this even I know there's a lot of better opportunity for me. Maybe some more benefits will do.
